I was OBSESSED with The Simpsons arcade game growing up, maybe even moreso than the TMNT: Turtles in Time cab. Maybe, maybe not. But I was forbidden from watching The Simpsons and when I found an arcade game of them based on the show at Westfest, my mind exploded. Teaming up?! Borderline 3-D graphics?! Wowwy wow wee wow!
My kids are obsessed with the family and it lead me to make these prints. I owned Bart Vs. the Space Mutants and every videogame they put out, but nothing beat the TV show. I recreated Homer, Marge, Lisa, and Bart to be displayed subtlety and artsy in this newest collection.
